黑龙潭泉群生态补水方案研究与探索

摘要 近代以来丽江黑龙潭泉群时常出现断流现象,解决断流问题首先要弄清楚断流的原因,然后采用对应的方法进行解决。本文通过分析断流成因,论证了补水方案的可行性,并提出了补水工程规划设计方案。结果表明,降水量减少和地下水超量开采是黑龙潭泉群断流的主要原因;通过勘探和联通试验等多方面工作,建立了黑龙潭泉群降水-径流-断流关联模型,提出了丰水年、平水年和枯水年的降水量标准,并给出断流的临界地下径流量为2.7m^(3)/s,对比论证了引水建坝地面补水方案的可行性;规划设计了在黑白水河建坝取水,通过隧洞自流引水至九子海洼地形成天然湖泊,渗透到黑龙潭群泉的引水工程整体方案,该方案是解决黑龙潭泉群断流问题的探索性研究成果,体现的是一种全新的治水思路。 In recent times,the Heilongtan Spring Group in Lijiang has frequently experienced water interruption.To address the problem of water interruption,it is essential to first understand its underlying causes and then implement corresponding solutions.This paper,through an analysis of the reasons behind water interruption,validates the feasibility of a water replenishment plan and presents the planning and design of water replenishment engineering.The results indicate that reduced precipitation and excessive groundwater extraction are the primary reasons for water interruption in the Heilongtan Spring Group.Through exploration and connectivity testing,a rainfall-runoff-water interruption correlation model for the Heilongtan Spring Group was established.The paper proposes precipitation standards for wet years,average years,and dry years.Additionally,a critical underground runoff threshold of 2.7m^(3)/s for water interruption is determined.The feasibility of a surface water diversion and dam construction scheme is compared and discussed.
