摘要
农村水系连通工程具有点多面广、时间周期长、现场变化多等特点,工程档案复杂,管理难度较大。本文结合工程现场管理实践,指出了工程档案管理存在的具体问题,提出了强化约束机制、发挥项目法人核心作用、外包档案管理与培训、分期分段归档等措施,这些措施使档案管理达到了规范化,可为其他同类建设项目档案管理提供参考。
The rural water system connection project has the characteristics of multiple points,wide face,long time cycle and many changes on site,etc.The project archives are complex,and the management is difficult.Project site management practice is combined in the paper,the specific problems of the engineering archives management are proposed,the following measures are proposed:to strengthen restraint mechanism,play a role as the core project entity,outsource archives management and training,implement stage piecewise archive and other measures.These measures make the archives management standard,thereby providing reference for archives management of other similar construction projects.
