摘要
临沂市岸堤水库除险加固工程采用在溢洪闸闸墩顶部实施钢管柱贝雷片支撑现浇机架桥板的方案取代了常规施工中在闸底板搭设满堂架进行机架桥板现浇施工的方案,解决了闸墩顶部以下空间底轨、侧轨金结预埋件安装、二期混凝土浇筑、金结闸门安装等工序的施工冲突难题。在确保防护安全的前提下,通过施工过程中荷载验算复核并成功实施,减少了支撑材料的使用,大大缩短了施工周期,降低了度汛风险。
The scheme of setting up a full hall frame in the gate floor to carry out the cast-in-place construction of the frame bridge slab in the conventional construction is adopted by carrying out the scheme of steel pipe column beret piece supporting the bridge plate of cast-in-place machine at the top of the spillway gate pier during Linyi Bank Reservoir Risk Removal Reinforcement Project.The following construction conflict problems are solved,such as the space bottom rail below the top of the pier,the installation of the side rail gold joint embedded parts,the second stage concrete pouring,the installation of the gold junction gate,and so on.The use of supporting materials is reduced,the construction period is greatly shortened,and the risk of flood control is reduced through load checking and the successful implementation in the construction process under the premise of ensuring the safety of protection.
