摘要
为减少刨花板生产和使用过程中的气味问题,利用滑石粉吸收气味的特点,研究了在刨花板制作过程中滑石粉加入量、胶黏剂用量、热压参数的变化、关键参数对刨花板理化性能及气味的影响,结果表明:在不影响成品板材物理性能的情况下,加入滑石粉除去了刨花板原料中的气味,得到了低气味的刨花板。
In order to reduce the odor problem during the production and use of particleboard,this paper uses the characteristics of talcum powder to absorb odor,and studies the amount of talcum powder added,the amount of adhesive,the change of hot pressing parameters,and the key parameters on the physical and chemical properties of particleboard during the production of particleboard.And the effect of odor,the results show that:without affecting the physical properties of the finished board,adding talcum powder to remove the odor in the particleboard raw materials,and obtain a low-odor particleboard.
