本文以20世纪初建成的新艺术运动风格建筑——米尼阿久尔餐厅为例,对其历史背景、建筑价值、艺术价值、人文价值进行深入探讨,旨在重现其消失的历史风貌,为世人展示70多年前米尼阿久尔餐厅的多重建筑艺术价值,且针对此类已消失于城市中的建筑历史遗产,应重建其历史风貌还是使之成为仅存在于历史照片中的“往事”。

is paper takes the Art Nouveau architecture-Miniatures Restaurant-built in the early 20th century as an example, and explores in depth its historical background, architectural value,artistic value and humanistic value, in order to reproduce its disappeared historical style and show the world the multiple architectural and artistic values of the Miniatures Restaurant more than 70years ago, and for this kind of architectural heritage that has disappeared in urban history, should we rebuild its historical style or let it become only the "past" in historical photos.
