摘要
大型交通枢纽影响并重构城市公共空间。香港西九龙高铁站(以下简称西九龙站)片区不仅促成了站城融合的发展,亦创造了多层次、多样性的公共空间。本文以西九龙站为例,从站点选址规划为起点,探讨交通枢纽中公共空间的价值创造及实施机制,并希望能籍此为站城融合发展课题中关于需求与成本的权重选择、公共利益与土地价值平衡、全过程机制的定制等TOD项目普遍面对的议题提供启发和借鉴。
Large transport hubs influence and restructure the planning of urban public spaces.Hong Kong West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Terminus("West Kowloon Terminus")has not only enabled synergy between the station and the city,but also created a multi-layered and diverse public space.Taking West Kowloon Terminus for instance,starting from site selection,the author discussed the value creation and implementation mechanism of public spaces of the transport hub,and aimed at inspiring and establishing a benchmark for issues which TOD projects always face to,such as trade-off between demand and cost,balance between public interests and land value,and project life-cycle management,etc.
