RCEP背景下河北省梨果产业发展的探索

On the pear industrial development of Hebei province under the background of RCEP

梨果产业是河北省优势农业产业,鲜梨产量和出口量居全国前列,在经济发展向高质量转变的现阶段,河北省梨果产业受制于梨果种植户组织化程度、产业信息化水平等因素,原有的比较优势有降低趋势。RCEP的生效将促进农业产业链、供应链在区域内的重新布局,河北省应抓住机遇,在原有资源优势上挖掘新的竞争潜力,促进农民增收、农业企业增效,助力乡村振兴。

Pear is an advantageous agricultural industry in Hebei province.The output and export of fresh pear ranks the first in China.However,the pear industry in Hebei province is restricted by such factors as the degree of organization of pear growers and the level of industry information.RCEP will promote the rearrangement of agricultural industry and supply chains in the region.We should take the opportunity to tap the new competitive potential on the original resource superiority,and promote the increase of farmers'income and the increase of efficiency of agricultural enterprises,to better help rural revitalization.
