摘要
高质量发展职业本科,是职业教育提质培优、增值赋能的重要环节,更是化解职业教育人才培养质量与社会经济快速发展结构化矛盾的重要途径。高质量发展职业本科要德技并重,培养高质量人才;服务社会,发展高水平技术;标杆示范,建设有特色专业。在培养定位和专业特色、产教融合和服务创新、教学设施和实训设备等层面还有一定的提升空间。通过“四维度”探索高质量发展职业本科的内涵建设,“多式并举”,探索校企协同育人的人才培养架构;德技并重,构建“岗课赛证融合、政创一体”的职业本科专业课程体系;增值赋能,依托平台构建“教学示范、科研创新、产业赋能”的团队汇聚型教师队伍;校企合作,探索建设“虚实结合、赋能教学、校企共赢”的高水平产教融合实训基地。
The undergraduate level vocational education requires qualified,excellence,and value-added development,conducive to adaptation to social and economic development.The high-quality undergraduate level vocational education gives equal emphasis on morality and technology,social services,high-level technology,and benchmark demonstration of distinctive specialties.Moreover,professional characteristics should be maintained to integrate industry and education,innovate curriculum,teaching facilities and equipment.In innovative curriculum,the career-oriented competition and certificates should be advocated and collaboration between colleges and enterprises promoted to explore the construction of a high-level vocational education base that combines virtual reality,empowers teaching,and benefits both colleges and enterprises.
