摘要
现代学徒制人才培养模式构架中,企业参与主动性高,政府支持力度大,人才培养效果好。以三峡旅游职业技术学院酒店管理专业开展的现代学徒制项目为对象,探讨人才培养模式的核心架构,确定酒店管理专业培养目标,优化人才培养过程、评价方式、培养制度,以及高职酒店管理专业人才培养模式,对后续研究和发展提出相关建议。
The modern apprenticeship education under the government support sees enterprises show strong enthusiasms to participate.This paper accounts about a project carried out by hotel management majors of Three Gorges Tourism Polytechnic,discusses the training facility,curriculum,objectives and teaching methods in vocational colleges under modern apprenticeship,and puts forward suggestions for the follow-up research and development.
