浅谈河长制推动下包河的水环境治理和生态修复

Discussion on water environment treatment and ecological restoration of Baohe River under the promotion of the River Chief System

全面推行河长制是破解新时期下我国复杂水问题、维护河湖健康生命的有效措施。本文以包河为例,探索了河道水环境治理和生态修复的有效措施,归纳出"外源减排、内源清淤、清水补给、生态修复"的技术路线,为实施中小流域河流水环境治理和生态修复提供技术参考。

Full implementation of the River Chief System is an effective measure to solve Chinese complex water problems and safeguard the healthy life of rivers and lakes in the new era.This paper takes Baohe River as an example to explore effective measures for river water environment management and ecological restoration,and sums up the technical route of"exogenous emission reduction,endogenous dredging,fresh water supply and ecological restoration",which provides technical reference for the implementation of river water environment management and ecological restoration in small and medium-sized watersheds.
