摘要
本文在郑州市上街区水资源评价、水资源开发利用评价的基础上,摸清了上街区水环境状况。经过计算各水功能区的纳污能力、污染物削减量,分析了区域水环境问题的症结所在,并提出了相关建议。研究结果可为上街区水资源合理利用、水生态环境保护和经济社会可持续发展战略的实施提供技术支撑。
Based on the evaluation of water resources in Shangjie District of Zhengzhou and the evaluation of water resources development and utilization,this paper has found out the water environment situation in Shangjie District.By calculating the pollutant receiving capacity and pollutant reduction of each water functional area,it is analyzed the regional water environment problems,and put forward relevant suggestions.The research can provide technical support for the rational utilization of water resources,the protection of water ecological environment and the implementation of sustainable economic and social development strategy in Shangjie District.
