摘要
为保障上海市域内土地资源的占补平衡,消纳该市工程渣土和农用地后备资源综合开发利用,实施了南汇东滩圈围工程。项目实施后增加了土地面积152km^2,但圈围地块内水文环境发生了变化。新建除涝泵闸形成新的涝区,增加了现状海水倒灌入侵地下水的潜在威胁。因此,全方位多角度共同规划、合理布局地块内淡水资源和生态空间,既可为上海未来建设山清水秀生态空间奠定更好的基础,也可进一步保障南汇东滩及周边区域防汛除涝安全。
In order to ensure the balance of land resources in Shanghai,the comprehensive development and utilization of engineering muck in the city and agricultural land reserve resources were absorbed,the Nanhui East Beach Enclosure Project was implemented.After the implementation of the project,the land area was increased by 152 km2,but the hydrological environment in the enclosed area has been changed.The new waterlogging pump gate formed a new waterlogging area,which increased the potential threat of groundwater intrusion by seawater backflow.Therefore,comprehensive and multi-angle joint planning and rational distribution of fresh water resources and ecological space within the plot will not only lay a better foundation for the future construction of ecological space in Shanghai,but also further ensure the safety of flood control and waterlogging removal in Nanhui East Beach and surrounding areas.
