中英规范关于疏浚工程施工精度的对比分析

随着国际疏浚业的不断发展,对疏浚工程施工精度的要求日趋提高,对比分析中英疏浚工程规范的差异,能够提升我国水运企业在海外疏浚行业的竞争力。全面总结了中英疏浚工程规范体系的设计理念和特点,对比分析了中英规范在水下验收测线间距、水深测量精度、疏浚精度方面的差异,以及对设备选型、施工效率和浚后验收测量的影响。以东帝汶Tibar Bay港口项目疏浚工程为例,展示了在实际疏浚工程中,通过对比中英疏浚规范,合理选择疏浚参数,优化施工工艺,进而减少高标准对施工效率和成本的负面影响,保障工程顺利履约,为准确运用国内外标准提供了有益的指导。

Along with more and more international dredging projects,the requirements for dredging accuracy are increasing.A comparative analysis of the differences between China and UK codes on dredging engineering specifications can improve the competitiveness of China′s water transport enterprises in the overseas dredging industry.The characteristics of both Chinese and British dredging engineering specification system were comprehensively summarized in this paper,including the comparison on the acceptance measurement line spacing,accuracy of depth measurement and dredging accuracy,as well as the impact on equipment selection,construction efficiency and post-dredging acceptance survey.Taking the dredging project of Tibar Bay Port Project in Timor-Leste as an example,the dredging parameters can be reasonably selected and the construction process can be optimized through comparison of Chinese and British dredging codes,so as to reduce the negative impact of high standards on construction efficiency and cost,ensure the smooth performance of the project,and provide useful guidance for the accurate application of domestic and foreign standards.
