柔性环氧树脂材料性能研究

摘要 通过对环氧树脂材料中活性稀释剂、固化剂进行调配,提高环氧材料分子链中柔性成分的含量,从而改善固化后环氧树脂脆性大的问题。采用红外光谱、固结体力学性能、动态热机械法分析、断面形貌分析手段对材料由“脆”变“柔”进行了分析。结果表明,环氧树脂材料中主要是由于引入了醚基柔性基团,且随着固化剂含量增加,材料“脆”性得到改善。在试样EP-5时,具有最佳的“柔”性,此时断裂伸长率达到45%。动态热机械法分析数据表明试样EP-5有最低的玻璃化转变温度,EP-5试样断面形貌的“带状”数量最多且复杂,皆可反映出材料的“脆”性得到极大改善。 This article aims to improve the content of flexible structures in the molecular chain of epoxy resin materials by blending active diluents and curing agents,thereby addressing the issue of high brittleness of cured epoxy resin.And infrared spectroscopy,mechanical properties of the solidified body,dynamic thermomechanical analysis,and cross-sectional morphology analysis were used to analyze the material from"brittle"to"soft".The result indicate that the main reason for the introduction of ether based flexible groups in epoxy resin materials is that with the increase of curing agent content,the material′s"brittleness"is improved.At sample EP-5,it exhibits the best"flexibility",with a fracture elongation of 45%.The dynamic thermomechanical analysis data shows that the sample EP-5 has the lowest glass transition temperature,and the number of"ribbons"in the crosssectional morphology of the EP-5 sample is the highest and complex,indicating a significant improvement in the material′s"brittleness".
