卡拉水电站EPC模式下总承包单位的质量管理初步实践

摘要 卡拉水电站是国内首个全建设期采用EPC总承包管理模式建设的百万千瓦级大型水电项目,进场伊始,总承包项目部建立了质量管理体系,借助智能建设平台,初步建立了从原材料进场验收、材料检测到单元验评的全业务、全流程和全要素的数字化智能质量管理模块,实现了单元验评资料在线填写,推行质检员带料员持证上岗、施工工艺标准化、质量培训进班组、定期巡检、首建制、样板工程创建等管理手段,取得了一定成效,质量管理经验可供同类工程质量管理提供参考。 Kala Hydropower Station is the first large hydropower project of one million-kilowatt built with EPC mode in the whole construction period in China.After contractors enter the building site,the general contracting project department established a quality management system.With the help of intelligent construction platform,it initially established a digital intelligent quality management module with full business,full process and all elements from raw material mobilization acceptance,material detection to unit engineering quality grade evaluation,realizing online filling of unit evaluation data,The implementation of management method such as quality inspectors holding certificates,standardization of construction processes,quality training in teams,regular inspections,initial construction system,and model project creation has achieved certain result.Quality management experience can provide reference for quality management of similar projects.
