长距离输水隧洞调压塔结构动力分析及结构优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 利用ABAQUS软件采用动力时程法对某工程调压塔进行抗震分析,得到结构在地震作用下的动态响应,并根据分析结果对结构进行优化。结果表明,调压塔顶部溢流隔墩处由于结构厚度发生突变,在地震作用下易产生应力集中,对稳定不利,在溢流隔墩顶部加速度放大系数最大达7.44,底部最大动应力达到2.29 MPa,调压塔顶部鞭梢效应和应力集中效应显著。结构优化后溢流隔墩顶部加速度放大系数降低了70.43%,溢流隔墩底部应力降低了91.27%,结构抗震性能得到了显著的提高。计算结果揭示了调压塔的在地震作用下的动态响应规律,并提出有效的优化方案,可为本工程设计和同类工程提供参考。 This paper uses the ABAQUS software to use the dynamic time history method to analyze the seismic response of a certain engineering surge tower,obtain the dynamic response of the structure under earthquake action,and optimize the structure according to the analysis result.The results show that due to the sudden change in the structural thickness of the overflow barrier at the top of the surge tower,stress concentration is likely to occur under the action of the earthquake,which is not good for stability.The acceleration amplification factor at the top of the overflow barrier reaches 7.44,and the maximum dynamic stress at the bottom reaches 2.29 MPa,the whiplash effect and stress concentration effect on the top of the surge tower are significant.After the structure optimization,the acceleration amplification factor at the top of the overflow isolation pier was reduced by 70.43%,the stress at the bottom of the overflow isolation pier was reduced by 91.27%,and the seismic performance of the structure was significantly improved.The calculation results in this paper reveal the dynamic response law of surge tower under earthquake action,and propose effective optimization schemes,which can provide references for this project design and similar projects.
