梨园水电站溢洪道底板结构缝处理技术

摘要 梨园水电站溢洪道是主要泄水建筑物,溢洪道闸门下闸试运行泄水后,受气温变化、高速水流冲刷等影响,局部已处理的裂缝存在延伸及进一步张开现象、局部出现新增裂缝。挟砂石水流对过流面混凝土表面的冲击与磨损破坏更为严重,使表面不平整恶化,从而加剧空蚀与磨损,甚至导致结构破坏。考虑到溢洪道施工所处的现实环境和时间,为确保工程施工质量、防渗能力和结构整体性,对于掺气槽以上泄槽、溢流堰通过采用表面封填和化学灌浆相结合的处理方法,确保混凝土质量满足结构安全及使用功能要求,对同类型的混凝土底板施工有一定的借鉴和参考意义。 The spillway of Liyuan Hydropower Station is the main building for discharging water.After sluicing trial,part of the cracks in the tail lock of the spillway that had treated become expanding,even with some new cracks due to temperature changes,high-speed current scouring and other factors.Impact against and abrasion of the concrete surfaces over which the water flows with sand and gravel are more serious,which make the concrete surfaces becoming more uneven.Therefore,the concrete surfaces face severe cavitation and abrasion,and structures may be damaged.In consideration of the actual environment and time for the construction of the spillway,and ensuring the construction quality,impermeability and structural integrity of the project,discharge chutes and downflow weir above the air slot are treated with surface filling and chemical grouting,so as to ensure the quality of the concrete keeps the structures safety and satisfies use function.The treatment technologies have some reference values for the construction of concrete slabs of the same type.
