基于智能视频监控系统的河湖四乱巡检技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 河湖四乱监管是一项覆盖面广、常态化的工作,传统的人工巡检手段效率低。为提高河湖四乱巡检效率,实现河湖四乱智慧化监管,提出了基于智能视频监控系统的河湖四乱巡检技术方案。该方案依托视频监控系统,运用了面向小目标的多尺度Faster-RCNN目标检测算法,对监管范围内河湖四乱目标进行检测报警,标识四乱画面、位置及责任人等相关信息,以此为问题源构建起河湖四乱闭环监管流程。以河湖四乱监管案例为例,验证了该方案的有效性。智能视频监控系统在河湖四乱巡检中的应用,提高了河湖四乱监管的工作效率,推动河湖四乱监管向规范化、常态化转变。 The supervision of the four illegal action in rivers and lakes is a wide-ranging and normalized work,and the traditional manual inspection methods are inefficient.In order to improve the inspection efficiency of the rivers and lakes and realize the intelligent supervision of the rivers and lakes,a technical solution for the inspections of the rivers and lakes based on an intelligent video surveillance system is proposed.The solution relies on the video surveillance system and uses the multi-scale Faster-RCNN target detection algorithm for small targets.The purpose of this solution is to detect and alarm the four chaotic targets in rivers and lakes within the supervision area,identify the relevant information such as the four faces,location and responsible person and other related information.The supervision process of the four chaos in the lake finally realizes the closed-loop control of the chaos in the lake.The effectiveness of the plan is verified by the example of the supervision case of the Four Disorders of Rivers and Lake.The application of the intelligent video surveillance system in the inspection of the four chaos of rivers and lakes has improved the efficiency of supervision of the four chaos of rivers and lakes,and promoted the transformation of the supervision of the four chaos of rivers and lakes to standardization and normalization.
