何家沟水库大坝施工期及运行期监测成果分析

Analysis of monitoring results of Hejiagou Reservoir dam during construction and operation period

通过对何家沟水库运行期安全监测设施布置及观测结果分析,结合多年对水库大坝安全监测设计、施工、管理等经验,总结已完工或在建的土石坝安全监测遇到实际问题,针对安全监测设施的布置及监测进行了分析,进而了解和掌握坝体渗流、变形等因素,确保水库大坝安全运行。水库采用工程运行期安全监测方法进行设计验证及运行期安全监控手段,多方位保障复杂地质条件下大坝的长期安全稳定。根据渗流分析和应力变形分析结果应加强该区域的水位监测及渗透坡降监测和坝基与防渗墙连接部位、右岸坝肩坡脚等部位不均匀变形的监测。通过运行期安全监测分析,判断水库安全监测布置合理,变形及渗流观测成果基本正常,达到了预期效果。

Based on the analysis of the layout and observation results of the safety monitoring facilities during the operation period of hejiagou reservoir,combined with the experience in the design,construction and management of the dam safety monitoring for many years,the actual problems encountered in the safety monitoring of the completed or under construction earth rock dams are summarized,and the layout and monitoring of the safety monitoring facilities are analyzed,so as to understand and master the factors such as dam seepage and deformation,and ensure the safe operation of the reservoir dam,Take precautions.The reservoir adopts the safety monitoring method during the project operation period for design verification and the safety monitoring method during the operation period to ensure the long-term safety and stability of the dam under complex geological conditions.According to the results of seepage analysis and stress deformation analysis,the monitoring of water level and seepage gradient in this area,as well as the monitoring of uneven deformation at the connection between dam foundation and seepage wall and the toe of right bank dam abutment shall be strengthened.Through the analysis of safety monitoring during the operation period,it is determined that the safety monitoring arrangement of the reservoir is reasonable,the deformation and seepage observation results are basically normal,and the expected effect is achieved.
