河槽村橡胶坝质量安全鉴定方法与评价

Quality and safety appraisal method and evaluation of Hecaocun rubber dam

随着运行时间增加,部分橡胶坝会出现不同程度的老化,使结构可靠性下降。橡胶坝和水闸在结构型式、运行方式及安全影响因素等方面均有较大不同,现场检测、复核计算的项目以及评估指标组成与权重需要根据橡胶坝特点进行调整。经过现场检测发现河槽村橡胶坝运用指标达不到现行标准,应及时进行加固。以河槽村橡胶坝为例,介绍橡胶坝安全检查工作,并结合工程资料和实际运行性态,提出橡胶坝质量评价意见,为橡胶坝技术改造和除险加固提供可靠的技术支撑,为类似橡胶坝安全鉴定提供参考。

With the increase of operation time,some rubber dams will be aged to varying degrees,which will reduce the structural reliability.Rubber dam and sluice are quite different in structural type,operation mode and safety influencing factors.The items of on-site inspection,recheck and calculation,as well as the composition and weight of evaluation indicators are adjusted according to the characteristics of rubber dam.Taking Hecaocun rubber dam as an example,this paper introduces the safety inspection of rubber dam,and puts forward the quality evaluation opinions of rubber dam in combination with engineering data and actual operation performance,so as to provide reliable technical support for the technical transformation and danger elimination and reinforcement of rubber dam,and provide reference for the safety appraisal of similar rubber dam.
