摘要
参照ISO9001对设计和开发过程的划分,对水利工程设计项目质量成本各具体科目进行归类统计;采用层次分析法分析水利工程设计项目质量成本各具体科目的权重;将传统质量成本曲线引申应用于水利设计行业中;构建基于合同条件的项目质量成本核算方法;通过实例分析如何进行合理的质量成本管控。结果表明:将水利工程设计过程引入项目质量成本分析是可行的,水利工程设计项目质量成本预防成本与外部损失成本权重最大,水利工程设计项目设计周期直接影响项目质量成本。
According to ISO9001′s division of design and development process,this article classifies and counts the specific subjects of water conservancy engineering design project quality cost.The weight of each specific subject of water conservancy engineering design project quality cost is analyzed by using the analytic hierarchy process.This article also applies the traditional quality cost curve to the water conservancy design industry.It builds a project quality costing method based on contract conditions;This article analyzes how to carry out reasonable quality cost control through examples.The results showed that it is feasible to introduce the water conservancy engineering design process into the project quality cost analysis.Water conservancy engineering design project quality cost prevention cost and external loss cost have the largest weight.The design cycle of water conservancy engineering design project directly affects the quality and cost of the project.
