摘要
城市滨水空间是城市范围内水域和陆地共同形成的一种独特的城市环境,是以人为中心、城市水体为主线,包括其周围与水体密切相关的自然要素和人工要素的总和,其独特的地理位置和生态环境对城市整体布局及人居环境具有重要意义。随着城市盲目发展带来的诸多环境问题的暴发,人们逐步认识到水系对改善和保护城市人居环境具有不可替代的作用,优美的水域和滨水空间,是北京建设国际一流和谐宜居之都的重要前提和保障。通过梳理北京水系的变迁,提出了北京滨水空间规划设计的必要性、规划设计的原则和方法,并借鉴国际一流滨水区开发经验,指出北京滨水空间现状问题与不足。通过规划设计实例,提出针对北京不同风貌滨水空间规划设计的实施策略,探讨如何协调城与水的关系,让市民生活回归水岸;协调旧与新的关系,实现河道内部连通、河道外部融合,不断提高滨水空间品质,服务百姓生活。建设由水体、滨水绿化廊道、滨水空间共同组成的篮网系统。
Urban waterfront space is a unique urban environment formed by water and land within the city.The main line is human-oriented and relates to urban water bodies.It contains both natural and artificial elements closely related to water bodies.The unique geographical location and ecological environment have a significant impact on the overall layout of the city and the living environment.With many environmental problems brought about by the blind development of cities,people have gradually realized that the water system has an irreplaceable effect on improving and protecting the urban living environment.Waters and waterfront spaces constitute the most significant prerequisites and guarantees for Beijing to become an international first-class livable and harmonious capital.This paper sorts out the changes in the Beijing water system puts forward the necessity,principles,and methods of planning and design of Beijing waterfront space draws on the development experience of world-class waterfront areas and points out the current problems and shortcomings of Beijing waterfront sIt provides a strategy for the planning and design of waterfront space in different scenic areas of Beijing and discusses how one can coordinate the relationship between the city and water,allowing citizens’lives to return to the waterfront;coordinate the old and new relationship,realize the internal connectivity of the river,and realize the external integration of the river,continually improve the quality of waterfront space,and serve the lives of the people Build a network system composed of a water body,waterfront greening corridor,and waterfront space.
