永磁调速器是通过永磁体和导体之间的气隙,实现由电动机到负载的转矩传输,可实现电动机和负载间的无机械链接,具有高效节能、消除系统震动、延长设备使用寿命的优点。文章主要分析了传统的永磁调速器的原理及存在的缺点,提出了一种新型的磁屏蔽永磁调速器,介绍了其原理,阐述了新型磁屏蔽永磁调速器的优点,并与传统的永磁调速器进行了技术对比。磁屏蔽永磁调速器可降低工程造价,实现机械零部件的免维护,具有广阔的应用前景。

The permanent magnet governor realizes the torque transmission from the motor to the load through the air gap between the permanent magnet and the conductor.It can realize no mechanical link between the motor and the load.It has the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving,eliminating system vibration and prolonging the service life of the equipment.This paper mainly analyzes the principle and shortcomings of the traditional permanent magnet governor,puts forward a new type of magnetic shielding permanent magnet governor,introduces its principle,expounds the advantages of the new type of magnetic shielding permanent magnet governor,and makes a technical comparison with the traditional permanent magnet governor.The magnetic shielding permanent magnet governor can reduce the engineering cost and realize the maintenance free of mechanical parts,which has a broad application prospect.
