摘要
立轴混流式水轮发电机组安装的目标是保证机组在额定工况下转轮中心线与导水机构中心线平齐,转子磁力中心线较定子磁力中心线略低0~3 mm,机组中心线、机组轴线、机组旋转中心线无限逼近,三部轴承摆度、瓦温、固定部件振幅等在一定范围内。为实现上述目标,在设计、制造既定的情况下,制定并实施合适的水轮发电机组安装工艺方案,显得尤为重要。本文结合某水电站机电安装情况,从机电安装工艺、工序优化入手,详细介绍了水轮发电机组重要部件安装高程核算、控制,工期优化等方面的内容。对于类似水轮发电机组机电安装工艺的制定、实施、优化,机电安装项目工期优化,降低工作强度等方面有着重要的参考价值。
The installation goal of the vertical shaft Francis turbine generator unit is that under the rated working condition of the unit,the center line of the runner is flush with the center line of the water diversion mechanism,the magnetic center line of the rotor is slightly 0~3 mm lower than the magnetic center line of the stator,the center line of the unit,the axis of the unit and the rotation center line of the unit are infinitely close,The three part bearing swing and pad temperature,and the amplitude of fixed parts is within a certain range.In order to achieve the above objectives,it is particularly important to formulate and implement appropriate installation process scheme of water turbine generator unit under the condition of established design and manufacturing.Combined with the actual situation of electromechanical installation of a hydropower station,starting with the optimization of electromechanical installation technology and process,this paper introduces in detail the installation elevation accounting and controling and construction period optimization of important components of hydraulic turbine generator unit.It has important reference value for the formulation,implementation and optimization of electromechanical installation process of similar water turbine generator units,the optimization of construction period of electromechanical installation projects and the reduction of work intensity.
