反井法在石洞油库工程进油竖井开挖中的应用

摘要 石洞油库工程中进油竖井开挖一直是施工重难点和安全风险点,若采用传统钻爆法开挖方式进行竖井石方开挖,存在施工难度大、安全风险高等问题,有鉴于此,本文通过反井钻机的引入,阐述反井法在石洞油库工程进油竖井开挖中的应用情况,包括其施工工艺、施工方法、堵井控制与处理措施、导孔钻进注意事项等,以期为类似工程提供借鉴。 Shaft excavation in stone cave oil depot project has always been the key and difficult and safety risk point of construction.If the traditional drilling and blasting method is used for shaft rock excavation,there are some problems such as great construction difficulty and high safety risk.In view of this,this paper expounds the application of reverse shaft method in the excavation of oil inlet shaft in stone cave oil depot project through the introduction of reverse shaft drilling rig,including its construction technology,construction methods,well plugging control and treatment measures,precautions for pilot hole drilling,etc.,in order to provide reference for similar projects.
