摘要
为进一步优化地下水的开发与保护,提出一套地下水分区评价体系,重点分析开采潜力、水质、地面沉降三类评价因子的影响程度,构建地下水分区评价模型。在各因素权重分配方面,采用层次法与专家法相结合的办法,综合反映其对浅层地下水开发利用条件的影响程度。研究应用于常州市地下水资源评估分析中,论证该城市分区开发规划。结果表明,分区评价模型所得评价结果与常州市发展规划相一致,能够较好地体现该城市地下水开发利用情况,可为类似中小城市规划提供一种分析手段。
In order to further optimize the development of groundwater resources, a set of groundwater zoning evaluation system is proposed, which focuses on the analysis of the impact of exploitation potential, water quality and land subsidence, and builds a groundwater zoning evaluation model. In terms of the weight distribution of each factor, the method of combining the hierarchical method and the expert method is adopted to comprehensively reflect its influence on the development and utilization conditions of shallow groundwater. It is applied in groundwater resource evaluation and analysis of Changzhou City to demonstrate the zoning development plan of the city. The results show that the evaluation results of the zoning evaluation model are consistent with the development plan of Changzhou City and can better reflect the development and utilization of groundwater in the city. It can provide an analytical means for similar small and medium-sized city planning.
