互联网监测平台在震后应急监测中应用的可行性研究

摘要 以某水电站为例,对水电站地震后应急监测进行可行性分析。目前该水电站监测设施完备,对其各水工建筑物、山体边坡、坝后渗流、大坝面板、内部堆石体以及地震等内容可以做到全面监测,同时已基本实现水工建筑物巡视检查的数字化。现有的监测设施及监测系统已经集成统一到线上监测平台,该平台开发已经较为成熟,能够进行线上的数据处理分析及报告生成,已具备对电站进行实时监测的能力。基于以上条件,再结合地震部门的实时信息,可以对该水电站进行震后应急监测的工作,对发生地震后组织抢险和疏散工作具有积极意义。 Take a hydropower station as an example, the feasibility of post earthquake emergency monitoring of hydropower station is analyzed. At present, the monitoring facilities of a hydropower station are complete. The hydraulic structures, mountain slopes, seepage behind the dam, dam panel, internal rockfill and earthquake of a hydropower station can be fully monitored. At the same time, the digitization of patrol inspection of hydraulic structures has been basically realized. The existing monitoring facilities and monitoring systems have been integrated into the online monitoring platform. The development of the platform has been relatively mature and can carry out online data processing, analysis and report generation. Up to now, the Internet security monitoring platform of a hydropower station has the ability to monitor the power station in real time. Based on the above conditions and combined with the real-time information of the earthquake department, it can carry out post earthquake emergency monitoring for a hydropower station, which is of positive significance to organize rescue and evacuation after an earthquake.
