引水渠道动态水位预警机制研究及应用

摘要 在安全监测工作中,及时发现和预警水工建筑物的数据异常及工程缺陷是确保水电站安全运行的重要措施之一。针对长距离引水渠道的沿线水位监测和预警,提出了引水渠道动态水位预警机制。引水渠道动态水位预警机制是指选择渠道重点渠段安装动态水位预警系统(水位计、RTU、摄像头、GPRS模块、预警终端、显示终端),获取实时动态水位数据,为自动报警提供可靠的数据支撑;以预警后工程运行管理人员采取应急措施所需要的响应时间为依据,计算渠道实时水位增长速率作为报警条件,对渠道水位进行实时监测和预警;同时补充高水位预警,当水位缓慢增长超出预警值时及时发布报警通知。引水渠道动态水位预警机制整体上为引水式水电站长距离输水安全提供保障。 In the safety monitoring work, timely discovery and early warning of data abnormalities and engineering defects of hydraulic structures is one of the important measures to ensure the safe operation of hydropower stations. This article focuses on the water level monitoring and early warning along the long-distance water diversion channel, and proposes a dynamic water level early warning mechanism for the water diversion channel. The dynamic water level early warning mechanism of the water diversion channel refers to the selection of key canal sections to install a dynamic water level early warning system(water level gauge, RTU, camera, GPRS module, early warning terminal, display terminal) to obtain real-time dynamic water level data and provide reliable data support for automatic alarms. Based on the response time required by the project operation management personnel to take emergency measures after the warning, the real-time water level growth rate of the channel is calculated as the alarm condition, and the channel water level is monitored and warned in real time. At the same time, the high water level warning is added, and when the water level slowly increases beyond the warning value, an alarm notification will be issued in time. The dynamic water level early warning mechanism of the diversion channel as a whole provides a guarantee for the safety of long-distance water transportation of diversion-type hydropower stations.
