蓄能电站群水工安全监测信息监控平台研发 被引量:4

摘要 蓄能电站库坝势能高且水位变动频率高、速度快,水道工作水头高,水工建筑物运行性态和安全对工程效益发挥、公共安全和电网安全意义重大。提出了统一的蓄能电站水工建筑物安全监测数据库表结构及对象标识符命名规则,构建了针对抽水蓄能电站水工建筑物、水工监测设备的对象模型,构建了普适于商用云计算基础设施即服务(IaaS)的蓄能电站群水工监测信息数据中台。研发了针对蓄能电站群水工建筑平台监测数据进行编组分析、相关性分析、回归分析,并通过有限元计算模型进行大坝长期性态实时在线反演分析,融合散点数据形成连续分布大坝数字孪生模型的分析功能微服务体系和技术中台。开发了对蓄能电站水工安全监测数据复杂查询分析和空间分布特性展示,基于BIM模型进行水工建筑物和监测设施三维轻量化展示查询和漫游,对监测设备故障、构筑物病害进行实时预警的业务前台,提出了基于水工建筑物数字孪生模型、通过VTK架构实现大坝性态数字孪生模型线上交互分析和三维展示浏览的可视化方法。监控平台可实时监控、分析、预测蓄能电站群(亦能应用于常规水库水电站枢纽群)安全性态,为工程运行管理提供技术基础。 High dam potential energy and high water level change frequency and speed, high working head of water channel, and operation behavior and safety of hydraulic structures are of great significance to the development of engineering benefits, public safety and power grid security. The unified table structure and naming rules of object identifiers for safety monitoring database of hydraulic structures in storage power stations are proposed, and the object model for hydraulic structures and monitoring equipment in pumped storage power stations are constructed. The hydraulic monitoring information data center for commercial cloud computing infrastructure as a service(IaaS) is constructed. Group analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis are carried out for the monitoring data of hydraulic construction platform of the energy storage power station group, and the long-term real-time online inversion analysis of the dam is carried out through the finite element calculation model, and the analysis function micro-service system and technical center of the continuous distributed dam digital twin model are formed by integrating scatter data. A business foreground for complex query analysis and spatial distribution characteristics display of hydraulic safety monitoring data of storage power station, 3 d lightweight display query and roaming of hydraulic buildings and monitoring facilities based on BIM model, and real-time warning of monitoring equipment failures and structural diseases is developed. Based on the digital twin model of hydraulic structures, a visualization method of online interaction analysis and 3 D display browsing of dam behavior digital twin model are proposed by VTK architecture. The monitoring platform can monitor, analyze and predict the safety state of the energy storage power station group(also can be applied to the conventional reservoir and hydropower station hub group) in real time, providing a technical basis for project operation management.
