基于GIS-Q技术的动态大坝安全评价研究及应用

摘要 为提高大坝运行数据的采集,要进行相应较为精准的安全评价。通过对大坝安全评价方法的现状分析,总结其存在问题,提出一种具备精准采集地理信息及较大存储技术的GIS-Q技术。构建大坝动态评价体系,实现大坝安全实时评价,提高大坝风险预警精度。并应用于水库评价实例,提高了水库自查精度,以及整体的沉降变形,为水库智能化管理的推广提供了技术支持。 In order to collect and store more dam operation data, a more accurate dam safety evaluation is carried out. The current situation of dam safety assessment methods are analyzed, summarizes the existing problems, and proposes a GIS-Q technology with accurate geographic information collection and large storage technology. The automatic monitoring system is introduced to realize the real-time evaluation of dam safety and improve the accuracy of dam risk warning. The application in reservoir evaluation improves the accuracy of reservoir self-inspection and the overall settlement deformation, which provides technical support for the popularization of reservoir intelligent management.
