紫外光原位固化法非开挖技术在管道修复中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 地下排水管道更新修复是城市管道维护保养的一项重点工作,其施工工艺分为开挖与非开挖两种类型。为了对管道修复改造提供参考建议,通过比较传统开挖修复与非开挖修复的技术经济指标,着重对紫外光原位固化法管道修复技术的技术特点、施工工艺流程、相关注意事项进行了介绍说明,阐述了非开挖修复施工的技术经济优势。研究表明紫外光固化非开挖修复技术具有经济成本低、环境影响小、施工适用性广、工期时间短的特点,在城市管道更新改造方面应用前景广泛。 Renewal and repair of underground drainage pipelines is a key task for urban pipeline maintenance.The construction technology is divided into two types:excavation and trenchless construction.In order to provide guidance and suggestion for pipeline renewal and repair,by comparing the technical and economic indicators of traditional excavation repair and trenchless repair,this paper emphatically focuses on the technical characteristics,construction process,and related precautions of the ultraviolet in-situ curing method for pipeline repair technology,and explains the trenchless repair.Studies have shown that UV-curing trenchless repair technology has the characteristics of low economic cost,small environmental impact,wide construction applicability,and short construction period.It has a broad application prospect in urban pipeline renewal and transformation.
