摘要
白露涵洞内涝问题由来已久,鹰潭市政府为解决白露涵洞内涝问题,改善鹰潭市水环境,2019年开始实施鹰潭市老城片区排水系统改造及东湖水环境治理工程,目前项目已经完工。基于SWMM构建城市水文模型,对模型参数进行率定和验证,通过对完工后的管网模拟,分析白露涵洞内涝治理效果。通过模型模拟分析,在重现期10a的2 h降雨强度下,易涝节点均未出现超载及溢流情况。在重现期20a的2 h降雨强度下,其中Y282、Y312出现节点超载情况,但易涝节点均未发生溢流。在重现期30a的24 h降雨强度下,6个节点均未发生超载及溢流情况。从模拟结果来看,内涝治理初见成效。
The problem of waterlogging in Bailu culvert has been a long history,and the government of Yingtan City started the project of renovating the drainage system of the old city area of Yingtan City and the water environment management of East Lake in 2019 to solve the waterlogging in Bailu culvert and improve the water environment of Yingtan City,and the project has been completed.Based on SWMM,we construct an urban hydrological model,rate and verify the model parameters,and analyze the effect of waterlogging management in Bailu culvert by simulating the completed pipe network.Through the model simulation analysis,no overload and overflow occurred in the flood-prone nodes under the 2-hour rainfall intensity of the recurrence period of 10 a.Under the 2-hour rainfall intensity in the recurrence period of 20 a,the nodes Y282 and Y312 are overloaded,but no overflow occurs in the flood-prone nodes.Under the 24-hour rainfall intensity of the recurrence period of 30 a,no overload and overflow occurred at any of the six nodes.Judging from the simulation results,the control of waterlogging has achieved initial results.
