基于模糊综合评价法的桥梁跨河施工方案决策 被引量:2

摘要 以流冲河特大桥跨河施工项目为研究对象,从技术性能、经济效益、实施效果、环保效果4个方面出发,选取13个代表性指标,建立桥梁跨河施工方案的评价指标体系和模糊综合评价模型;针对长钢栈桥组合钢平台、分期筑岛、短栈桥结合筑岛3种方案,采用专家评分法确定评价指标权重并进行综合评价,评价结果为短栈桥结合筑岛方案最优。通过评价选择的最优方案应用情况良好,验证了模糊综合评价法在桥梁跨河施工方案决策过程中的适用性和科学性,可为桥梁跨河施工方案的决策提供一定的理论依据。 Taking Liuchong River bridge construction project as the research object,13 representative indicators are selected from four aspects of technical performance,economic benefit,implementation effect and environmental protection effect to establish the evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of bridge construction scheme across the river.In view of the three schemes of composite steel platform of long steel trestle bridge,stage island building and short trestle bridge combined island building,the expert scoring method was used to determine the weight of evaluation indexes and make comprehensive evaluation,and the evaluation result was that the short trestle bridge combined island building scheme was the best.The application of the optimal scheme selected by the evaluation is good,which verifies the applicability and scientificity of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the decision-making process of bridge construction scheme across the river,and provides a certain theoretical basis for the decision-making of bridge construction scheme across the river.
