摘要
高压旋喷桩采用高压旋转喷嘴将水泥浆喷入土层,使水泥与土体混合而成一种水泥加固体。其施工占地面积小,振动小,噪音低。景德镇市滨江区沿江西路二期龙井路泵站施工采用高压旋喷桩施工方法,取得了良好的地基处理效果。为给类似工程提供参考,详细总结了龙井路泵站高压旋喷桩施工方法的具体应用及质量保证措施等。
High pressure rotary jet grouting pile is a kind of cement plus solid formed by spraying cement slurry into the soil layer with high-pressure rotary nozzle and mixing with the soil.The construction area is small,the vibration is small and the noise is low.The construction method of high-pressure jet grouting pile is adopted for Longjing Road pumping station in phase II of Yanjiang West Road,Binjiang District,Jingdezhen City,and good foundation treatment effect is achieved.This paper introduces the concrete application and quality assurance measures of high-pressure jet grouting pile construction method.
