摘要
淠河六安市城南水利枢纽工程设有36孔节制闸,该闸墩边墩高10.6 m、长34 m,宽1.45 m,相邻边墩之间伸缩缝用聚乙烯低发泡填缝板填充,要求在一个枯水期完工。工期紧、工程量大,常规的相邻边墩单独浇筑工艺无法满足工期要求,故研究采用相邻边墩并仓施工技术,边墩之间用沥青杉板隔开,保证相邻边墩不会因不均匀沉降产生裂缝;外侧用定制大型钢模板,保证混凝土外观质量。该技术减少了模板周转次数和立模面积,提高了施工进度,确保了工程在汛前按期完工,并产生了一定的社会效益和经济效益。
The 36 hole sluice of Pi River Lu’an Chengnan water control project is 10.6 m high,34 m long and 1.45 m wide.The expansion joint between adjacent side piers is filled with polyethylene low foam joint filler plate,which is required to be completed in a dry season.Due to the tight construction period and large quantities,the conventional pouring process of adjacent joint piers alone can not meet the construction period requirements,so the construction technology of adjacent side piers combined with warehouse is studied and adopted,and the side piers are separated by asphalt fir board to ensure that the adjacent side piers produce cracks due to uneven settlement;large customized steel formwork is used outside to ensure the appearance quality of concrete.This technology reduces the number of formwork turnover and formwork erection area,improves the construction progress,ensures the project to be completed on schedule before the flood season,and produces social and economic benefits.
