大型泵站集电环打火故障处理方式改进实践 被引量:3

摘要 集电环打火是大型泵站主电机的常见故障,江都水利工程管理处以持续改进的理念不断提高集电环打火故障的发现处理水平。通过研发集电环在线研磨装置,取代了传统人工研磨;研发可视化刷架,使得碳刷压力可视可控。第二抽水站管理所在每台主机集电环室增设了实时视频监视,24小时监视集电环、碳刷运行工况;第四抽水站管理所研发的泵站智慧巡检机器人,实现了集电环温度的自动巡检、自动语音告知值班人员、语音下达巡检任务等功能。在线研磨装置及可视化刷架经过长时间运行实践,成功降低了集电环打火的故障率;集电环实时视频监控、智慧巡检机器人提高了集电环打火故障发现率。大型泵站集电环打火故障处理方式的改进实践对其他泵站电机同类型故障处理有一定的借鉴价值。 The ignition of collector ring is a common fault of main motor in large pump station.Jiangdu water conservancy project management department continuously improves the detection and treatment level of collector ring ignition fault.Through the research and development of collector ring on-line grinding device,instead of traditional manual grinding;research and development of visual brush holder,make the carbon brush pressure visible and controllable.The second pumping station management office has added real-time video monitoring to each host collector ring room to monitor the operation conditions of collector ring and carbon brush 24 hours a day;the intelligent inspection robot developed by the fourth pumping station management institute has realized the functions of automatic inspection of collector ring temperature,automatic voice notification to shift personnel,and voice transmission of inspection tasks.The online grinding device and visual brush holder have been running for a long time,which has successfully reduced the failure rate of collector ring ignition;the collector ring real-time video monitoring and intelligent inspection robot have improved the detection rate of collector ring ignition fault.The improvement practice of the fault treatment method of collector ring ignition in large pump station has certain reference value for the same type of motor fault treatment in other pump stations.
