基于生态文明建设理念的粤港澳大湾区海岸带修复

Coastal restoration in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area based on philosophy of ecological civilization development

基于生态文明建设理念,探讨粤港澳大湾区海岸带生态面临的主要问题,并为粤港澳大湾区海岸带生态修复提供有益的理论与技术参考。生态文明建设理念是一种新型的发展理念,是人与自然和谐相处的文明观念,将贯穿于经济社会建设全过程。在此背景下,海岸带生态修复被赋予了新的内容与要求。针对粤港澳大湾区这一特殊区域,总结其在海岸带生态修复中面临的主要问题与困难,在深入分析国内外先进技术的基础上,因地制宜提出基于生态文明建设理念的生态修复策略,对粤港澳大湾区建立海岸带多样性长效性的生态保护体系提供指导,对促进人与自然、环境与经济和谐发展具有重要的现实意义。

Based on the philosophy of ecological civilization development,this paper presents the problems existing in the coastal zone ecology of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and aims to provide useful theoretical and technical support for the ecological restoration in the bay area.Ecological civilization development is an advanced idea,representing the harmonic interaction between the nature and humans,which should be implemented in the whole process of economic society construction.Under this background,new contents and demands are brought up for the ecological restoration in coastal zone.The present paper takes Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as an example and summarizes the problems and difficulties faced by the ecological restoration projects in this area.Through an in-depth review on the advanced technology regarding the ecological restoration from both domestic and overseas,we proposed restoration strategies for the coastal zone ecology of the Greater Bay Area.The objective is to offer a guidance for the establishment of an ecological protection system with variety and durability for the Greater Bay Area.It is of practical significance for the enhancement in harmonic development between the nature and humans,as well as the environment and economy.
