浅析泥石流造成河流堵塞应急处置 被引量:1

摘要 以重庆太平桥堰塞湖处置、云南元谋河道疏通、四川清平乡特大泥石流河道排险、甘肃舟曲白龙江河道疏通为例,分析了泥石流发生后河道周边形成扇堆积区,掩埋道路,由于堆积区含水率高,承载能力低,重型设备无法直接进入作业,无法正常快速开展工作的难点,从这几次抢险过程中总结出通过抛石挤淤填路、钢板路基箱支撑等方法,迅速抢通铺设到各作业面道路,使各种重型设备通过道路到达各工作面高效展开疏通作业的经验。研究成果能够为类似泥石流造成河流堵塞应急处置提供可借鉴的方法和经验。 Taking the disposal of Taipingqiao dammed lake in Chongqing,the dredging of Yuanmou River in Yunnan,the danger elimination of Qingping River in Sichuan,and the dredging of Bailong River in Zhouqu of Gansu as examples,the paper analyzes the fan accumulation area formed around the river after the debris flow and the road buried.Due to the high water content and low bearing capacity of the accumulation area,heavy equipment can not directly enter the operation.It is difficult to carry out the work normally and quickly.From these rescue processes,the paper summarizes the methods of riprap and silt filling road,steel plate subgrade box support,etc.,which can quickly rush to pave the road to each working face,and all kinds of heavy equipment can reach each working face through the road to carry out the dredging efficiently.The research results can provide a reference method and experience for emergency treatment of river blockage caused by similar debris flow.
