某抢修工程中贝雷桥的应用

摘要 为了解决横跨河道的施工交通问题,结合某枢纽抢修防护工程采用在船闸两侧导墙之间的下游航道上方架设贝雷桥的施工工艺,通过搭设贝雷桥临时通道施工方案与传统方案的对比分析,并着重对贝雷桥进行抗弯和抗剪分析,以及变形计算复核,验证了贝雷桥施工方案在技术上是完全可行的;在使用前对贝雷桥进行荷载检测,确保整体动力结构的使用质量和整体结构的使用可靠性。另外从施工组织方面考虑,贝雷桥方案施工模块化,运送方便,拆装灵活,施工干扰小,更为便利,施工进度、安全更有保障。 In order to solve the construction traffic problem across the river,combined with the construction technology of Bailey bridge erected above the downstream channel between the guide walls on both sides of the lock,the construction scheme of Bailey bridge temporary channel is compared with the traditional scheme,and the bending and shear analysis,as well as the deformation calculation review of Bailey bridge are emphasized.It is verified that the construction scheme of Bailey bridge is technically feasible;before use,the Bailey bridge is tested to ensure the service quality and reliability of the whole dynamic structure.In addition,from the perspective of construction organization,Bailey bridge has the advantages of modular construction,convenient transportation,flexible assembly and disassembly,less construction interference,more convenient construction,and more guaranteed construction progress and safety.
