混凝土坝温控全过程智能关联优化调控方法及工程应用 被引量:2

摘要 防裂是混凝土坝建设的重要任务,也是工程建设的重点和难点。裂缝产生的原因复杂,传统温控施工模式的信息不畅导致温控措施与管理不到位是裂缝产生的重要原因之一。为了有效防止大体积混凝土裂缝的产生,提高混凝土的施工质量,研究开发了混凝土坝温控全过程智能关联优化调控方法和系统,该系统由感知硬件、互联网络网络、全过程关联优化调控模型和软件系统组成,实现了自拌合、仓面、通水、保温全环节33种全要素温控信息的全面感知互联互通,温控全环节、全过程的优化关联调控,已成功应用于国内15座水电工程,大大提高了温控施工的保证率,确保了工程的高质量建设,为工程的长期安全运行提供了重要保障。 Crack prevention is an important task of concrete dam construction.The reason of cracking is complex.One of the important reasons for crack is that the information of the traditional temperature control construction mode is not smooth and the temperature control measures and managements are not well.In order to effectively prevent the crack of mass concrete and improve the quality of concrete construction,the whole process intelligent association and optimal control method and system of the concrete dam temperature control are studied and developed in this study.The system is composed of sensing hardware,interconnection network,whole-process intelligent association and optimal control model and software.It realizes the comprehensive perception interconnection of 33 kinds of all-factor temperature control information in the whole process,including concrete mixing,concrete surface,water supply and heat preservation.This method has been successfully applied to 15 hydropower projects in China,which greatly improves the guarantee rate of temperature control construction,ensures the high quality construction of the project,and provides an important guarantee for the long-term operation safety of the project.
