浅谈鄱阳县中洲圩决口封堵进场道路保通技术

Discussion on Poyang county in Zhongzhou field break plugging access road protection technology

本文简要阐述了2020年7月中洲圩决口抢险救援中决口封堵进场道路保通工程技术要点。中洲圩堤顶部为单车道,并且运距远、道路窄、路基差、村庄多、会车难,给封堵决口的渣料运输造成很大困难。针对上述问题,采取准确计算运输量,合理安排运输车辆、修筑多处会车平台、两端同时施工、分批行进,多点控制、小车运料、细料填实、钢板铺面等方法,科学合理的进行封堵作业,为上、下游道路的畅通奠定了基础,确保了渣料源源不断地运送到决口处,保证了抢险救援的进度。通过此次封堵,检验了该道路保通技术的可行性、操作性,为完成决口封堵任务奠定了基础。

Most of the embankments along rivers and lakes in China are earthen DAMS,which are prone to breakage.The key technical points of road access protection are briefly expounded in view of the breach plugging approach road during the breach rescue and rescue of Zhongzhou Wei field in July 2020.The top of the embankment is a single lane,and the long transport distance,narrow road,poor roadbed,many villages,and difficult to meet the traffic,which makes it very difficult to transport the slag material of the plugging break.Aiming at these problems,to accurately calculate the volume,reasonable arrangement of transportation vehicles,building more than other platforms,both ends at the same time construction,partial,multipoint control,car transport,fine material filled,such as steel plate paving method,scientific and reasonable for plugging operation,either upstream or downstream to the road of clear laid a solid foundation,to ensure that the slag material continuously to the JueKouChu,ensures that the progress of the rescue.Through the plugging,the feasibility and operability of the road protection technology have been tested,and a solid foundation has been laid for the completion of the breach plugging task.
