数字化电缆敷设管理系统在丰满重建工程中的运用 被引量:3

摘要 为实现水电站动力电缆和控制电缆分开敷设,提高电缆裁剪长度和敷设位置的精确性,提升电缆敷设的施工进度和质量,提高电站电缆采购和施工的经济性,我们针对丰满重建工程,同软件公司合作,研发了数字化电缆敷设管理系统。该系统综合运用虚拟仿真、大数据展示及云计算等技术,实现了本电站电缆虚拟排列,指导了施工方案组织,完成了管理单位管控平台集成等。该系统的运用全面提高了设计效率和准确性,提升了电缆施工进度、质量和成本管控水平,优化了资源配置,实现最大化经济效益。 In order to lay separately power cable and control cable,enhance the accuracy of cutting length and laying position of cable,improve the construction progress and quality of laying cable,and increase the economy of power station to purchase and build the cable,we have studied a digital management system of laying cable for the restructuring project of Fengman Hydropower Station by cooperating with the software companies.Using comprehensively the virtual simulation,display by big data,cloud computing and other technologies,the system has realized the virtual arrangement of cables in the power station and guided the organization of construction scheme,which can complete the integration of the management unit and control platform.The application of the system can comprehensively enhance the efficiency and accuracy of design,improve the construction progress,quality and control level for cost of cable,and optimize the resource allocation,so as to achieve the maximum economic benefits.
