针对目前水电站基建期过渡阶段厂家服务人员现场管理存在的问题,通过采取提前对入场人员进行资质水平审核,确保了前来服务人员技术水平;通过设计全新的进场和退场确认单、中途外出旅行请假手续,规范了管理流程;在退场时设置安装单位、监理单位、建设单位的评价确认环节,有效保证了技术服务质量;明确厂家服务人员现场服务职责及考核流程,提高了服务人员做好服务的意识。该创新管理方法实施后,对提高管理的规范性、技术服务质量,保障现场作业安全等起到了极大的促进作用。

In view of the existing problems in the on-site management of factory service personnel during the transition period of hydropower infrastructure,the technical level of service personnel is ensured by taking an early qualification level audit of the admission personnel,the management process is standardized by designing a new entry and exit confirmation form,travel leave procedures,setting up the evaluation and confirmation link of the installation unit,supervision unit and construction unit at the time of exit,effectively ensuring the technical service quality,and clarifying the service responsibility and assessment process of the factory service personnel on-site.Improve the awareness of service personnel to do a good job of service.After the implementation of this innovative management method,it has played a great role in promoting the standardization of management,technical service quality,safety of field operations and so on.
