摘要 本文针对丰满水电站机组的结构特点,根据工程高质量目标要求,对各施工难点进行分析,通过采用激光跟踪仪,优化下机架水平调整工艺,提高其安装水平质量;在盘车数据分析时采用自动计算软件,提高了计算精度及效率;在盘车过程中,创新采用自平衡式力矩传递装置,极大改善盘车动力装置对盘车法兰力矩的均衡性,大幅提高了盘车过程的稳定性与数据的真实性。最终实现了全厂各台机组满负荷工况下最大摆度控制在0.1 mm以内,且全部具备全负荷连续稳定运行能力,达到了国际同类型机组领先水平。 In this paper,according to the structural characteristics of the plump hydropower unit,and the requirements of high-quality engineering,the construction difficulties are analyzed,and the installation level adjustment process is optimized by using advanced equipment of laser tracker,which improves the quality of the installation level.The stability of the cyn boarding process and the authenticity of the data are greatly improved.Finally,the maximum swing control of all units under full load operating conditions of the whole plant is within 0.1 mm,and all have full load continuous and stable operation capacity,reaching the leading level of the international unit of the same type.
