摘要
以运行超过10 a的南水北调北京段全线停水检修为例,介绍了56 km长的双线DN4.0mPCCP工程停水检修情况,管涵排水阶段结合工期控制关键节点布置排水分段,统筹排水及检查工期安排,工程检修阶段针对长距离内加固段提出连续管节流程化施工技术,优化工序标准化和机械化的施工流程,针对管外预应力加固工序复杂、工艺要求高的特点,在环穿钢绞线加固及张拉、管基加固、锚具密封和管周钢绞线防护等各环节施工技术进行研究与应用,工程提前达到了预期质量目标,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益,实现日最大供水量400万m3/d以上。
Taking the Beijing section of the south to North Water Diversion Project,which has been running for more than 10 years,as an example,this paper introduces the water cut-off maintenance of the 56 km long double line dn4.0 mpccp project.In the pipe culvert drainage stage,the drainage sections are arranged according to the key nodes of the construction period control,and the drainage and inspection schedule are arranged as a whole.In the engineering maintenance stage,the continuous pipe section flow construction technology is proposed for the long-distance reinforcement section,and the process standardization is optimized.According to the characteristics of complex process and high technological requirements of prestressed reinforcement outside the pipe,research and application of construction technology in various links such as reinforcement and tension of circular steel strand,reinforcement of pipe foundation,sealing of anchorage and protection of steel strand around the pipe are carried out.The project is expected in advance,the expected quality target is achieved,good economic and social benefits are achieved,and daily maximum supply is realized.The water volume is more than 4 million m3/d.
