中热筑坝水泥在丰满重建工程中的应用

摘要 丰满重建工程地处我国寒冷地区,季节性温差及昼夜温差均较大,为防止混凝土施工产生温升裂缝,对大坝专用P.MH42.5水泥在国标基础上提出内控指标要求。从水泥的生产到进场质量检测提出了精细化管理要求。混凝土长龄期性能施工质量检测数据显示,丰满重建工程大坝混凝土具有生产波动小、低水化热、抗拉强度高、抗压强度稳定且长龄期增长等特点。 The Fengman Reconstruction Project is located in a cold region in China,where the seasonal temperature difference and the day-night temperature difference are relatively large.In order to prevent temperature rise cracks in concrete construction,internal control indicators are required for the dam special P.MH42.5 cement based on the national standard.From the production of cement to the on-site quality inspection,fine management requirements are put forward.Construction quality inspection data shows that the dam concrete of the Fengman reconstruction project has the characteristics of small production fluctuation,low hydration heat,high tensile strength,stable compressive strength and long-term growth.
