摘要
丰满水电站大坝建于特定的历史时期,受当时建设条件制约,原坝基断层未做处理,工程存在着整体性差、混凝土强度低、抗渗抗冻等级低、扬压力高、混凝土溶蚀及冻胀等诸多先天缺陷,大坝安全裕度不足,大坝始终带病运行。丰满重建工程新坝建设期,老坝兼做新坝上游围堰使用,为落实"新坝建设期间必须确保原大坝安全稳定运行"的要求,保证新坝施工不会恶化或降低老坝原有稳定安全度,需对老坝F67断层坝段进行加固处理。从研究断层坝段加固处理方案着手,分析了优化设计相关内容。加固工程完工后,达到了保障丰满老坝工程安全和新坝正常建设的目的。
The Fengman Dam dam was built in a specific historical period,and the original dam foundation faults were not treated due to the construction conditions at that time,there are many inherent defects in the project,such as poor integrity,low concrete strength,low grade of anti-seepage and anti-freezing,high uplift pressure,Concrete Corrosion and frost heaving,etc.The old dam is also used as the upstream cofferdam of the new dam during the construction period of the Fengman reconstruction project.In order to fulfill the requirement of"the safe and stable operation of the old dam must be ensured during the construction of the new dam",it is necessary to reinforce the F67 fault section of the old dam to ensure that the construction of the new dam will not deteriorate or reduce the stability of the old dam.In this paper,the optimal design of the fault dam section is analyzed based on the study of the reinforcement scheme.After the completion of the reinforcement project,the safety of the Fengman old dam and the normal construction of the new dam have been ensured.
