新形势下水电工程厂房建筑消防验收难点分析

Analysis on difficulties in fire prevention acceptance of powerhouse building of hydropower project under new circumstance

随着新版《中华人民共和国消防法》《建设工程消防设计审查验收管理暂行规定》等一系列消防法律法规的修订与实施,国家对消防安全工作重视程度日趋加深。在消防执法改革新形势下如何提高水电工程厂房消防工程建设质量,保证国家和人民财产安全成为当前消防验收工作的重要课题之一。从丰满水电站新建厂房消防验收所面临的问题出发,结合水轮发电机组分期投产发电的工程建设特点和水电工程火灾特点,分析总结了新形势下水电工程厂房消防验收难点及技术措施。

Along with revision and implement of a series of laws and regulations,such as the new version of"Fire Prevention Law of The People′s Republic of China","Interim provisions on the Administration of Fire Prevention Design Review and Acceptance of Construction Projects",etc.,more and more attention is paid to fire safety by the state.Under the new circumstances of fire law enforcement,how to enhance the construction quality of fire prevention project for powerhouse of hydropower project and ensure the safeties of state and people′s properties becomes one of the important subjects to be studied at present.From the aspect of the problems faced by the fire prevention acceptance of the newly-built powerhouse of Fengmian Hydropower Station,the difficulties in fire prevention acceptance of powerhouse building of hydropower project under new circumstances and the relevant technical measures are analyzed and summarized in combination with both the construction characteristics that the in-stages commissioning and power generation of hydropower unit and the fire disaster characteristics of hydropower project.
