丰满水电站重建工程施工期临时保温和越冬保温计算分析 被引量:1

摘要 丰满水电站重建工程地处东北严寒地区,气候条件恶劣,寒潮频发,每年11月份至次年3月份各月平均气温为负温,该时段混凝土不能施工,造成了越冬长间歇,混凝土的温控防裂难度较大。为了避免混凝土施工过程及越冬过程中由于内外温差过大导致混凝土出现裂缝,混凝土表面需采取保温措施。本文根据混凝土热力学试验成果,结合工程区寒潮和越冬情况,通过有限元仿真计算,提出了施工期临时保温和越冬保温参数,并确定了混凝土保温方案。 Fengman Hydropower Station Reconstruction Project is located in the cold region with harsh climate conditions and frequent cold waves in the northeast China,while the yearly average temperature is negative from November to March of the following year;in that time period,the concrete construction cannot be carried out and makes a long over-wintering interval and then leads to a large difficulty for the temperature control and anti-cracking of concrete.In order to avoid the concrete cracking caused by large temperature difference between inside and outside of concrete during the concrete construction and the over-wintering period,the relevant insulation measures are necessary to be made on concrete surface.In accordance with the result of the related thermodynamics test of concrete and in combination with the cold wave and over-wintering status in the project area,the parameters of the temporary insulation and the over-winter insulation are put forward through the relevant finite element simulative calculation,while the corresponding concrete insulation scheme is determined as well.
