寒冷地区新型地面发电厂房屋面系统探索与应用

摘要 综合考虑丰满水电站重建工程所在地气候、钢屋架结构特点,在对比常见屋面系统优缺点、优选性能优异的防水保温材料的基础上,创新性地提出一种新型地面发电厂房屋面系统。该系统采用钢板作为底衬板,采用聚脲、环氧胶泥、三元乙丙橡胶卷材3种高分子材料作为防水材料,采用硬泡聚氨酯使屋面形成统一完整的整体且兼顾防水及保温,多重举措极大地提高屋面系统保温及防水效果。 Under the consideration of climate and structural characteristics of the steel roof truss at the location of Fengman Hydropower Station reconstruction project,a new-type roof system for the ground powerhouse is innovatively proposed herein through comparing both the merits and defects of the conventional roof systems and optimally selecting waterproof and insulation materials with better performances.The effect of waterproof and insulation of the roof system is greatly enhanced through several measures,i.e.taking steel plate as the bottom lining board,three polymer materials of polyurea,epoxy mortar and EPDM rubber rolling material as the waterproof materials and adopting rigid polyurethane foam to make the roof form a unified and complete ensemble considering waterproof and insulation.
